Nine months out of the year the weather is gorgeous. Dry, clean air with the Colorado River winding down the west side of town. Shopping is big box but easy to get to, as is the Community College. There's a River Preserve with a sandy beach to raft or swim. Lots of trail bike and horse trails. Avi Resort is right across the River with gambling, movies, concerts and two for one buffets. It's a quiet, bedroom community out of the glare of Laughlin or Bullhead City. Lots of golfing, too. Very reasonable housing due to the brutal summer months. I make the River my friend then!
